The right person can change what a team is capable of.
A hire is a business decision. The right one can unblock a project, bring in a skill the team does not have, or change what the business is capable of doing.

nTech Workforce is a staffing and workforce solutions company founded in 2005. Today, we help organizations find, hire and support people through permanent hiring, contract staffing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), managed projects, Employer of Record services and talent solutions across the US, LATAM, and India.
A lot has changed in the world of work since we started. The part that matters most hasn't.
People still want work where they can do well. Companies still need people who can make a difference.
We work to bring the two together.
nTech began with two technical consultants, Sridhar Kunadi and Surajit Sengupta. Before they built a staffing company, they knew the experience of doing the work themselves. They understood that a job description rarely tells the whole story. A résumé doesn't either.
The right match comes from understanding what the work really requires, what the person can bring to it, and what both sides need for the relationship to last. That thinking became nTech Workforce.
More than 20 years later, we have grown beyond individual placements into staffing, recruiting and workforce solutions that help organizations build permanent teams, add contingent talent, expand recruiting capacity and solve larger workforce needs.
But our view of a successful placement is still fairly simple. Getting someone hired is the beginning. What happens next is what tells you whether you got it right.
Sridhar Kunadi and Surajit Sengupta started nTech Workforce with something that is difficult to teach: perspective from inside the work. They knew that finding someone who looks right on paper is not enough.
You need to understand the manager who is hiring. The person considering the opportunity. The skills the work genuinely needs. The expectations on both sides. And what happens when the person actually walks through the door and starts doing the job.
That perspective shaped nTech from the beginning. What started with staffing grew as clients brought us bigger and different workforce solutions to solve. Permanent hiring. Contract staffing. Recruiting support. Managed projects. Employer of Record needs. Building teams in new markets.
The solutions expanded because the work expanded. The principle behind them stayed much simpler:
listen first, understand the need, then decide how to solve it.
Sridhar later passed away, but his role in building nTech Workforce remains part of the company today.
Surajit continues to lead nTech as Co-Founder and President.

A hire is a business decision. The right one can unblock a project, bring in a skill the team does not have, or change what the business is capable of doing.

A hire is also a life decision. For the person taking the job, it can mean a new direction, better work, more stability, or simply being given an opportunity at the right moment.
nTech sits between those two decisions. That's why we believe getting someone hired is the beginning — not the end of the job.
Sometimes you need one great person. Sometimes you need 30. Sometimes more recruiting capacity. Sometimes the work done without adding another permanent position. nTech works across different workforce models because the right answer depends on the work.
Find people for long-term positions where experience, capability and team fit all matter.
Permanent Hiring →Add skilled contractors for projects, specialist work, temporary capacity and changing workforce demand.
Contract Staffing Services →Expand your internal recruiting capacity through RPO, embedded recruiting and on-demand recruitment support.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing →Bring us a defined project or outcome and let nTech manage the people and delivery around it.
Managed Projects →Engage talent while nTech manages the employment-side administration, payroll and related workforce responsibilities.
Employer of Record Services →Recruit, build and manage teams in India with local talent and workforce support.
India Talent Solutions →You can measure recruiting activity in submissions, interviews and starts. But those numbers do not tell the whole story. What matters is whether the person fits the work, whether the client is getting what they needed, and whether problems are being caught early enough to fix them.
That is where we try to stay close.
The job description is the starting point, not the whole assignment. We want to understand why the position exists, what the team needs, where previous searches have struggled and what someone will actually have to accomplish once they are there.
Sending more résumés is easy to measure. Sending the right people is harder. We would rather give a hiring manager a focused group of candidates who have a genuine reason to be considered than fill an inbox with profiles that only match the keywords.
The relationship does not end when a candidate accepts. We stay connected to the client and the person doing the work so expectations remain clear and issues can surface before they become bigger problems.
A permanent hire is not always the right answer. Sometimes the business needs a contractor. Sometimes more recruiting capacity. Sometimes an Employer of Record model. Sometimes a team responsible for delivering an outcome. We start with the work and then decide what workforce model makes sense.
For more than 20 years, nTech has worked alongside organizations with different industries, teams and workforce challenges.
Some needed one difficult role filled. Others needed ongoing contingent talent, recruiting support, direct sourcing or a broader workforce program.
The work has been different.
What makes the strongest relationships last is usually the same: trust, clear expectations and people on both sides willing to solve the problem together.
nTech has supported Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations as part of managed staffing and VMS programs across the US.
A recognized supplier diversity credential backed by more than 20 years of workforce delivery.
Certified service management processes supporting quality, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Operating since 2005 through changing talent markets, technologies, and workforce models.
The fundamentals of good recruiting remain the same. But the work changes by industry. Hiring technical talent is different from supporting a healthcare organization. Government environments bring different requirements.
nTech supports companies and talent across the United States, Latin America, and India, with recruiting and workforce solutions shaped around each market.
Staffing, recruiting, RPO, and workforce solutions for permanent, contingent, and project needs.
Recruiting and talent solutions connecting companies with skilled professionals across LATAM.
Recruiting, RPO, contract staffing, managed projects and Employer of Record support.
India Talent Solutions →nTech has always been a company where leadership stays connected to the work. Our leaders bring experience from technology, recruiting, talent delivery, client relationships and workforce operations.
Surajit co-founded nTech Workforce after building his career across software, information technology and consulting for government and commercial organizations.
His background spans technology, strategic planning, project and program management, resource management and business development. Today, he leads nTech as President and continues to bring that technical and operational perspective to the company.

Our people →It is easy to put four good words on a wall. The harder part is deciding what those words mean when a search is not going well, a client needs an uncomfortable answer, someone on the team needs help, or the easy thing and the right thing are not the same.
Our values give us something to come back to in those moments. They guide how we work with clients, candidates, contractors and each other.
If a role is difficult to fill, we say so. If the market is telling us the requirements need to change, we explain why. If something is not working, we would rather have the uncomfortable conversation early than let the problem grow quietly.
Trust is easier to keep when people know where they stand.
Workforce delivery has plenty of moments where the first answer does not work. The obvious candidates disappear. A requirement changes. A project gets harder. Something goes wrong after the start.
Grit is not pretending those problems do not exist. It is continuing to look, ask, follow up and solve until there is a better answer.
Clients understand their businesses better than we ever will. Candidates understand their own ambitions and circumstances better than we do. Good staffing happens when we listen to both.
Partnership means sharing what we know, asking when we do not know, staying available and treating the outcome as something we are responsible for together.
Excellence is not a claim that everything will always go perfectly. It is the expectation that we pay attention to quality, measure performance, listen to feedback and improve what can be improved.
Yesterday's good process is not automatically tomorrow's best one. We want to keep learning.
We want people at nTech to ask questions, share ideas, take ownership, and understand why their work matters.
That means creating space to learn, speak openly, take on new challenges, and keep growing with the work.
