Click "Add New", "Edit", or "Delete" depending on what you are trying to do
If adding a new account, complete the required data fields
Upload the "verification document" into the Documents section of iSolved
If you now have multiple, accounts, you'll need to edit the sequence and amount to be deposited into each. 4a.
The primary (first) account sequence should be marked as "1" with the correct amount you'd like to have deposited in each paycheck. The second account sequence must be marked as "Remaining Net" **Please Note: The sequence should be marked as "Remaining Net" if you only have one account. **
Email email@example.com confirming changes have been made and the verification document has been uploaded. Once we have that document we will activate your new account in the system so you can start receiving the appropriate direct deposits.
The verification document is a copy of a voided check or a downloaded copy of your bank's direct deposit form showing your routing and account numbers. A clear copy of this completed document is required to activate your direct deposit set up for payroll.
Your bank's website should have this document available for you to download.
Most people find this document easily by logging into their bank's online account and searching "direct deposit form"
Others find doing a "Google" search of their bank name and direct deposit form, (example "M&T Bank direct deposit form"), garners results just as easily.
As a last resort, we would suggest calling your bank for assistance or going into your local branch.
